In our lease rental program, Friendlypack will deliver empty pallets to the factories of rubber suppliers and collect empty pallets when the rubber has been discharged.

Disposable Metal Pallet

The disposable metal pallet is more suited for destinations where international trade is less developed. It is designed for single usage and the pallet is for out-right sale. The pallet is disposed of at the end of the final destination after rubber has been discharged.

Unlike the reusable pallet, the disposable pallet is not hot-dip galvanized but has the same rigid framework structure as the reusable pallet. It is fabricated from thinner metal without compromising the functionality of the pallet.

Maximum Payload Efficiency

The disposable metal pallet can hold a standard weight of thirty-eight bales of block rubber (or 1,330kg). It can take a maximum load of forty-four bales of block rubber (or 1,540kg). Currently there is no known packaging system in the natural rubber industry that packs forty-four bales.

Durable Structure

The framework structure of the disposable pallet is strong, durable and able to withstand rough handling or lifting during transportation.
